Anyone who's backpacked will get it. Sometimes you just have to stop. Sleep in, wash your hair, have a late breakfast, read a book, chat to the other backpackers. Spend some time contemplating the next week's moves, book a couple of beds, find what station the bus to the next leg goes from, do your emails...And write your blog :)
So that was today, except the day is all but over and I've done everything but the blog... but... I am ensconsed in the local KFC with bottomless soft drink, free WiFi and it's so warm I should be sunbaking (indoors that is - outside it is a warm day - overcast and about 10* - indoors it must be 25*)
May have to contemplate a traditional holiday next time... One destination - point to point - with very little to think about, and nothing to plan other than what delicasies to choose from the menu next...
It must be a week since I last wrote, so better get on with it...
